The story.

This is a story about the world of work, or two workers daily taken in rivalry and competition. Their confrontation is inevitable and leads to death … The rebirth can operate and take shape in a common project. Arises the necessity to work together. A project is built under their fingers…They quickly lose control and their task takes a strange autonomy that leads to unknown territories. Where fantasy and everyday life no longer opposed but merge to become a crazy and creative machine. We do not know if this is the person who works or if it's the work that leads the worker.

Throughout the show, it emanates from them a flawed humanity and tinkered but inventive and free. In the manner of two children, they play to the public a surprising "history of evolution”.

At work, the body is forced. The use of machinery shapes gestures, positions, attitudes. The educated body specializes. Such as Charlie Chaplin in "Modern Times".

Undo the daily habits of the body, is to give the chance to new views. This is an opportunity to highlight a direct instinctive perception of the world, intuitive, the body becomes poetic.

It is in relation to each other in confrontation but also in exchange and complicity that both our employees develop a unique and amazing language. In a body both burlesque and sensitive playing, they are taken to an information flow that transcends and transforms them according to worker. They endorse a multitude of identities. They cross all but none is required. In the end, freed from all their social meanings: Listening to the radio, drinking whiskey in a porch somewhere in the middle of the desert, they taste this simple and profound joy: Simply "be" what they are, that is, beings open to all possibilities.

It is a story told by two work tables. They are playmates. Everyone is busy above. They are, with light, the only scenic elements of the show.  They record all the sounds, played  live in a live-soundtrack constantly changing. By an ingenious numeric trick , they can be colored with a varied sonic palette. They suggest different atmospheres: office, workshop, factory, the city and its buildings, an altar, spaceships, insects, desert ...

They are an extension of the body of the two workers. They represent their neuroses, but not only. They react feedback by making sounds. These sounds are becoming more independent and eventually lead the action. These tables represent the bondage work. But they are also by an irresistible diversion vector to "extended humanity
